6 People Tropical fruit crumble salad ingredients;

  • 2 bananas
    2 tsp lemon juices
    1 mango, flesh pleed and chopped
    1/2 medium pineapple, peeled, core removed and chopped
    2satsumas, peeled and separated into segments
    150 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
    1 tbsp clear honey
    150 g sugar free muesli
    50  g cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
    50 g whole blanched hazelnuts

To serve;

  • 500 g Turkish yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp honey and pinch powdered cinnamon

Tropical fruit crumble recipe;

Preheat! the oven to 180°C (fan 170°C), gas 4. Peel and chop the bananas, and loss in a bowl with the lemon juice. Add the mango, pineapple, sastumas, orange juice and honey. Mix together gently.

Whiz the muesli and butter in a food processor for a couple of minutes. Add the nuts and whiz again – You want the nuts to remain chunky.

Thip the fruit into an 18-20 cm square ovenproof dish and scatter over the muesli mixture. Bake in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes (Cover with foil if the top browns too much). Serves with the Turkish yoghurt in a separate bowl to add as much as you like. Enjoy your meal 🙂
