Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, and chill dough for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Roll ~2 tbsp cookie dough into balls and flatten with a fork in a crisscross pattern
Bake for 8-9 minutes or until golden brown around edges.. Enjoy 🙂
