How to make protein blueberry muffins ? Recipe & ingredients here!

These are berry berry delicious!! 🤣 they are perfect for work/uni snacks or for a super quick breakky with a scoop of your fav yoghurt, you will LOVE them 💛


1 ripe banana
1 egg
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar/substitute (we used @natvialiving)
3/4 cup wholemeal/plain flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1 punnet blueberries


Preheat the oven to 180C.

Mash the banana with a fork until soft.

Add the egg, milk & oil, stir to combine.

Add all remaining ingredients except the blueberries.

Stir until well combined.

Gently stir the blueberries through.

Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden
