1 onion
1 tablespoon of margarine
250 grams ground beef
1 cup fine bulgur
Half a bunch of parsley
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
3 phyllo dough
sunflower oil for frying
2 eggs
1 cup of breadcrumbs
salt pepper


To make the spring roll, first put 1 tablespoon of margarine in a saucepan and fry the finely chopped onion in this oil. Let’s continue to fry by adding the minced meat. Add half a bunch of chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

Add 2 glasses of hot water to 1 glass of fine bulgur. Close the lid of the pot and wait for it to absorb the water well. Add bulgur, 1 glass of grated carrot and finely chopped walnuts into the minced meat.

After cutting the dough into 8 triangles, let’s put the ground meat on one side and wrap it like a cigarette roll. Let’s fry the Chinese spring rolls dipped in scrambled egg and then the breadcrumbs in hot sunflower oil. When the frying process of the pastries is completed, it is ready to be served.
