2.5 cups of flour

3 tablespoons of cocoa

6-7 tablespoons of powdered rosehip drink
1.5 cups of granulated sugar


To make spinach cake, first wash the spinach thoroughly. Let it boil in boiling water for 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of milk and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Let’s puree it with a rondo or hand blender.

Grease a springform tin or a round 30 cm cake tin. Let’s start from the middle of the cake mold and put 1 tablespoon of cocoa dough on 1 tablespoon of pink dough, and 1 tablespoon of spinach dough on it. Let’s repeat this process until the dough is finished.

Let’s set the temperature to 170 degrees in advance and heat the oven. Let’s bake the spinach cake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
