Parmesan cheese is a hard and pale yellow Italian cheese produced from cow’s milk and aged for 12-36 months.

Scamorza cheese

Southern Italian cow’s milk cheese. It can also be made from other milks, but this is less common. It is a strained curd cheese in which fresh curd matures for several hours in its own whey to allow acidity to develop through the conversion of lactose to lactic acid.


spaghetti 350 g
5 eggs 5
Grated Parmesan
Cooked ham, salami and scamorza cheese 300 g (total)
salt and pepper


Cook spaghetti in a fresh consistency, that is, al dente. Drain the water, garnish with a piece of butter and wait for it to cool.
Mix and whisk 5 eggs with generously grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper and salt.

Combine the meat, namely ham and salami (you can also use different cubed meats, but you need to boil or lightly fry first) with the mixture and pour over the spaghetti. Slowly transfer this mixture to the cake tin. Bake in the oven at 200° for about 40 minutes. It is served hot but tastes great cold too. Enjoy your meal.
