2 cups peeled and washed rice
2 finely chopped onions
½ kilo minced lamb meat
200 margarine
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup of washed black grapes
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon basil
5 glasses of water
1 bunch of finely chopped dill


First, mix the oil, onion and meat in a saucepan over the fire for 10 minutes. Add water and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Starting with the rice, put all the ingredients except the grapes and dill on the meat and mix. Check the taste and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Take it off the fire.
