4 tablespoons of corn oil

HOW TO MAKE GREEN LENTIL SOUP WITH AYRAN?
Let’s boil the lentils, which we soaked 1 night before, in broth. Add the oil and salt. Let’s throw the noodles in while it is boiling. When the noodles are soft, turn off the stove. and let it cool.
I’ll whip the yogurt. Add the crushed garlic and 2 cups of water and mix. Let’s slowly pour the garlic buttermilk into the lentil mixture. Let’s pour the lentil soup with ayran that we prepared cold into bowls. We can serve it with mint, chili pepper, drizzle on it.
