125 gram hot smoked trout, flaked
225 gram smoked mackerel, flaked
125 gram hot smoked salmon, flaked
1/2 red onion, peeled and sliced
8 trimmed radishes, sliced
1 ripe avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
20 gram fresh chives, snipped
6 tbsp mustard dressing of Frenchs dressing
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Crusty bread and butter to serve
50 gram baby spinach leaves
In a large serving bowl combine all the ingredients together, be careful not to break up the fish pieces too much, you want them to be fairly chunky.
Pour over the dressing, season and serve with some crusty bread and butter and a little babby spinach leaves on the site. Your enjoy meal!
