4-6 people herb leaf salad ingredients;

  • 50 gram fresh flat leaf parsley, all stems removed
    50 gram fresh chives, chopped into lengths
    50 fresh tarragon leaves, all stems removed
    50 gram fresh basil, all stems removed
    2 tsp red wine vinegar
    1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    sea salt

Herb leaf salad recipe;

Wash all the herbs and carefully dry them. Put them into a large serving bowl and mix together.

Whisk the red wine vinegar into the olive oil and season with sea salt. Just before serving, drizzle over the leaves and toss.

This extremely simple but flavourful salad will complement almost any dish. Try it with lamb or grilled fish. Your enjoy meal 🙂
