1 tbsp poopy seeds
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 small shallot, finely chopped
Dry fry the poppy seeds in non stick pan over a high heat for 1 minute. Until lighly toasted.
In a small bowl, whisk the mustard with the balsamic vinegar then gradually whisk in the olive oil.
Add the seeds and the chopped shallot and stir well to mix together.
Use this dressing to liven up a bowl of green leaves. It is great on all leafy salads for adding a bit of crunch. Enjoy your meal!
