How to make jam filled donuts ? Recipe & ingredients here!

This is such a classic donut flavour and my favourite one I have made so far! The cinnamon ‘sugar’ coating on the outside definitely makes this donut recipe
I can’t believe I have already created 22 donut recipes and have many more to come. If you have any flavour suggestions let me know in the comments below.
1/2 cup self raising flour
1/4 cup protein powder
1/4 cup almond meal
2 tbsp stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup jam ( I used homemade chia jam- recipe below)
Cinnamon sugar coating:
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp stevia
1 tbsp almond milk
Mix together almond meal, self raising flour, protein powder, baking powder, stevia and cinnamon.
Mix in an egg and almond milk.
Add the mixture into a donut tray and bake for 13-15 minutes at 180°c.
Let donuts cool before you coat them.
Mix together cinnamon and stevia. Brush the donuts with almond milk and roll them into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Fill the donuts with jam and enjoy!
Chia jam ingredients
1 cup mixed berries
1 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup chia seeds
Chia jam recipe
On medium heat simmer the berries for 5 minutes.
Mash the berries.
Keep simmering and mix in water, lemon juice, maple syrup and chia seeds.
Keep mixing until it thickens up to form a jam consistency.
Store in the fridge.
