100 ml tomato juice
200 ml whipping cream
2-3 tbs dill seeds or 3-4 fresh dill seed heads
salt and pepper
Dill and tomato dressing recipe
Boil the tomato juice. Add the cream and the dill. Let the suce cook for 4-5 minutes, then add salt and pepper to taste. Sieve the dressing and let it cool. Ideal for most salads.
