How to make yellow bell pepper soup ? Recipe and ingredients here!

I made this yellow bell pepper & coconut soup several weeks ago and I really liked it! A friend of mine told me to put some sweet potato in it this time, so I did. It turned out even sweeter and creamier than last time.
– 3 yellow bell peppers
– 1 can roasted yellow beller peppers
– 2 small sweet potatoes
– 2 onions
– 4 cloves of garlic
– 1 tablet for chicken broth (or vegetable for vegan option)
– 1 tsp tumeric
– 150 ml coconut cream (or 1 tbsp powder for coconut milk)
Start by chopping the onion and garlic. Put some oil in a soup pan and fry them. After a few mins add the chopped up bell peppers and sweet potato. Add the tumeric and stir for 5 mins. Now add the roasted bell peppers, chicken broth and a splash of water. Don’t put in too much water just yet, the peppers will release a lot of water as well.
Cook for about 15 mins. Then make into a smooth soup using a blender. Add the coconut milk and, if too thick, some more water. Heat for another 2 minutes and it’s ready to serve! Optionally you can add some chili flakes of spicy red pepper.
