How to make vegan mac and cheeze ? Recipe and ingredients here! To make delicious vegan mac and cheeze pastas, let’s first gather the ingredients and start cooking the pasta according to the recipe.


For 1 big serving:

80g whole wheat pasta (I used fusilli)
250g chesnut mushrooms
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
15g cashew but
1tsp nutritional yeast
15g easy no cheezy
100ml unsweetened soy milk
100g smoked tofu


Cook the pasta following the instructions on the packaging. In the mean time chop the onion and garlic and fry in a wok with some oil. Chop up the mushrooms and add to the onions.

Slice the tofu in little cubes and also add into the wok. Stir until the mushrooms are done. Put the easy no cheezy with the soy milk in a sauce pan and heat slowely whilst continually stirring until it thickens.

Take of the heat and mix with the pasta and veggies. Put in a bowl or on a plate and top it off with a tea spoon nutritional yeast and crushed cashew nuts.
