100 ml crème fraîche
55 g frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 peeled clove garlic
2 tbs fresh parsley
2 tbs fresh dill
1-2 tbs capers
100 ml sour cream
Put the cream, spinach, garlic,parsley, dill and capers into the food processor.
Add the sour cream.
Add the tarragon and process until the sauce is smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. This is good for all sorts of salads.
