How to make Bp protein cookies ? Recipe & ingredients here! It’s almost the long weekend, which meaaaans we can start prepping what we’re baking!! Cookies are always a winner 🤪 especially when there’s a big old choc chip smack bang in the middle of each! Add these to your weekend to-do list.


1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup PB
1 egg
Chocolate buttons (optional)


Preheat the oven to 180C.

Combine all ingredients except choc chips in a bowl.

Line a large baking tray.

Roll small balls with the mix & gently press onto the tray.

Repeat until all mixture is gone.

Place a choc button on top of each cookie.

Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden.
